These camps have been designed to provide you with an authentic, luxury African safari experience in some of Africa’s most pristine wilderness areas. Here, guests have the chance to witness incredible animal sightings right outside their doorstep. Whether you’re a seasoned safari-goer or a first-time visitor, a trip to African Bush Camps’ Icon camps in Zambia and Botswana is sure to leave you with lifelong memories.

Itinerary

DAY 1
Day 1 :
  • Arrival in Livingstone, Zambia Arrive in Livingstone and transfer to your luxury accommodation. Spend the afternoon relaxing and enjoying views of the Zambezi River. In the evening, take a sunset cruise on the river and enjoy a welcome dinner.
DAY 2
Day 2 :
  • Safari in Zambia Embark on an early morning game drive in the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park, known for its diverse wildlife. Return to camp for brunch and leisure time. Enjoy an afternoon safari activity, such as a walking safari or a visit to a local village. Dinner and overnight at the camp.
DAY 3
Day 3 :
  • Explore Victoria Falls Visit the breathtaking Victoria Falls, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. Enjoy a guided tour of the falls and various viewpoints. Optional activities include helicopter flights over the falls or a sunset cruise on the Zambezi River. Return to camp for dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 4
Day 4 :
  • Transfer to Botswana Transfer to Livingstone Airport for a flight to Kasane, Botswana. Arrive in Kasane and transfer to the Icon camps in Botswana. Check-in and relax before an evening safari activity. Dinner and overnight at the camp.
DAY 5
Day 5 :
  • Safari in Chobe National Park Embark on a morning game drive in Chobe National Park, known for its large elephant population. Return to camp for brunch and leisure time. Enjoy an afternoon safari activity, such as a boat cruise on the Chobe River. Dinner and overnight at the camp.
DAY 6
Day 6 :
  • Safari in Botswana Experience a full day of safari activities in the surrounding wilderness. Choose from game drives, walking safaris, or cultural excursions. Return to camp for dinner and relaxation.
DAY 7
Day 7 :
  • Mokoro Excursion Experience a traditional mokoro (dugout canoe) excursion in the delta. Glide through the waterways, guided by an experienced poler, and observe wildlife from a different perspective.
DAY 8
Day 8 :
  • Safari in South Luangwa National Park Embark on a morning game drive in South Luangwa National Park, renowned for its leopard sightings. Return to camp for brunch and relaxation. Enjoy an afternoon safari activity, followed by dinner and overnight at the camp.
DAY 9
Day 9 :
  • Explore the Bush Spend the day exploring the wilderness around the camp. Choose from various activities, such as bird watching, bush walks, or simply relaxing at camp. Dinner and overnight at the camp.
DAY 10
Day 10 :
  • Departure Transfer to Lusaka for your departure flight, marking the end of your unforgettable luxury African safari experience.
