Day 1 :
  • Arrival & Under Canvas Exploration Morning: Arrive at Under Canvas Zion. Check-in, settle into your tent, and acquaint yourself with the camp amenities. Afternoon: Enjoy a leisurely lunch at the camp or pack a picnic to enjoy in a shaded spot. Explore the immediate surroundings of Under Canvas, get to know the terrain, and enjoy the stunning views. Evening: Dine under the stars at the campsite. Join any evening activities or campfire sessions offered by Under Canvas. Stargazing – Zion has some of the darkest skies, making it ideal for viewing the Milky Way.
Day 2 :
  • Zion’s Main Canyon & Riverside Walk Morning: Head to Zion's main canyon early to avoid the crowds. Take the shuttle (if operating during your visit) to the Temple of Sinawava and begin the Riverside Walk, an easy and scenic stroll along the Virgin River. Afternoon: Have lunch at the Zion Lodge or bring a packed lunch. Explore other stops on the shuttle route such as Weeping Rock or the Court of the Patriarchs. Evening: Return to Under Canvas. Relax and enjoy another evening of dining and stargazing.
Day 3 :
  • Hike the Narrows Morning: Rent water shoes and a walking stick from a local outfitter for the Narrows hike. Begin your hike at the Temple of Sinawava, following the Riverside Walk until the paved path ends, marking the start of the Narrows. Afternoon: Continue your hike into the Narrows, exploring as far as you feel comfortable. Make sure to turn around with plenty of time to exit before dark. Evening: Return your rented gear. Head back to Under Canvas for some much-needed relaxation.
Day 4 :
  • Angels Landing & Canyon Overlook Trail Morning: Arrive early to tackle the challenging Angels Landing hike. Note that this hike is not for those with a fear of heights. Afternoon: After descending from Angels Landing, take a rest and have lunch. Later in the afternoon, drive to the east side of the park and hike the Canyon Overlook Trail, which offers a less strenuous experience and amazing views. Evening: Return to Under Canvas. Enjoy your final evening at the camp with perhaps a special meal or treat.
Day 5 :
  • Leisure & Departure Morning: Take this day to relax, perhaps enjoy some of the camp's amenities, or opt for a more leisurely activity like bird watching or photography. Afternoon: Pack up and prepare for departure. Depending on your departure time, you might squeeze in a short trail or scenic drive. Evening: Depart from Under Canvas with memories of an unforgettable trip.
