Day 1 :
  • Tuolumne Meadows to Pothole Dome Morning Meet at Tuolumne Meadows. Gear check and safety briefing. Begin rafting at the Lembert Dome area. Experience the gentle flow of the river amidst the stunning alpine meadows. Afternoon Lunch on the banks near Twin Bridges. Continue rafting past Glen Aulin High Sierra Camp. Set up camp near Pothole Dome for a riverside night under the stars. Evening Campfire and storytelling. Overnight in tents.
Day 2 :
  • Pothole Dome to Muir Trail Ranch Morning Breakfast at camp. Break camp and start rafting through the exciting series of rapids. Afternoon Lunch at Waterwheel Falls, where you can enjoy the breathtaking waterfalls. Raft past the Grand Canyon of the Tuolumne. Evening Set up camp near Muir Trail Ranch. Relaxing evening with group activities and a campfire dinner.
Day 3 :
  • Muir Trail Ranch to Meral’s Pool Morning Breakfast at camp. Navigate through challenging Class IV rapids. Afternoon Lunch by the river. Reach the serene and calm section near Meral’s Pool, a perfect spot for swimming and relaxing. Evening Camp at Meral’s Pool. Enjoy a quiet night with stargazing.
Day 4 :
  • Meral’s Pool to Clavey Falls Morning Breakfast at camp. Embark on a thrilling rafting day with rapids like Nemesis and Hell’s Kitchen. Afternoon Lunch on the move with light sandwiches and snacks. Tackle the notorious Clavey Falls, a Class V rapid. Evening Camp near Clavey Falls. Share experiences and stories of the day around a campfire.
Day 5 :
  • Clavey Falls to Ward’s Ferry Bridge Morning Breakfast at camp. Raft through several Class III and IV rapids. Afternoon Lunch at a scenic spot overlooking the river. Continue rafting towards Ward’s Ferry Bridge, the endpoint of our journey. Evening Celebratory dinner at a local restaurant near Ward’s Ferry Bridge. Departure and farewells.

Q: Where is the closest place to fly into?
A: You will fly into San Francisco. It's a 2 hour drive from there and we will shuttle everyone.
Q:Do I have to be an experienced river rafter?
A: No, but you will have to be in decent shape and able to swim. You'll have to do a swim test in the river prior to departure.
Q: Do I need a wetsuit?
A: Depending on the time of year you may or may not. They will be supplied by us if you do need one.
Q: Will we be cooking our own meals?
A: No, the staff will do all the cooking and cleaning. All you have to do is show up and enjoy yourself.
