DAY 1

Day 1 :

Arrival & Cliffside Relaxation Morning: Arrive at Tensing Pen and soak in the warm Jamaican welcome. Settle into your room or suite, each offering its distinct character. Afternoon: Explore the resort grounds, admire the cliffside views, and take a dip in the azure waters below. Try the resort’s freshwater pool for a relaxing swim. Evening: Dine at the on-site restaurant, which boasts both local and international delicacies with a view. Relax and enjoy the sunset from the cliffs.

DAY 2

Day 2 :

Negril Beach & Exploration Morning: Breakfast at Tensing Pen. Head to Negril's famous Seven Mile Beach for a morning of sun, sand, and sea. Afternoon: Lunch at a beachfront shack or cafe, sampling fresh seafood and jerk dishes. Water sports, sunbathing, or simply strolling the beach. Evening: Experience live reggae music at a local beach bar. Return to Tensing Pen for a restful night.

DAY 3

Day 3 :

Adventure Day Morning: Early breakfast. Embark on a guided tour to Mayfield Falls, exploring the cascading waterfalls and natural pools. Afternoon: Lunch at a local eatery. Visit the nearby Roaring River and Caves, discovering underground chambers and legends. Evening: Enjoy a romantic private dinner, which can often be arranged by the resort, complete with candlelight and sounds of the waves.

DAY 4

Day 4 :

Local Culture & Wellness Morning: Breakfast with a view. Visit the Rasta Village to understand the Rastafarian culture and traditions. Afternoon: Return to Tensing Pen and opt for a rejuvenating spa treatment or massage. Yoga or meditation session, if offered by the resort. Evening: Attend a cooking class or demonstration to learn how to make a traditional Jamaican dish. Relax and stargaze from the cliffs.

DAY 5

Day 5 :

The Cliffs & Farewell Morning: Breakfast at the resort. Visit the Negril Lighthouse and learn a bit of its history. Afternoon: Lunch at Rick's Cafe, famous not only for its food but also for cliff diving and incredible views. If you're daring enough, take a leap off one of the cliffs! Head back to Tensing Pen for some last-minute relaxation or souvenir shopping. Evening: Farewell dinner at Tensing Pen. Reflect on the memories and experiences of your Jamaican escape.
