Day 1 :

Arrival in Kulala Desert Lodge After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Kulala Desert Lodge located in the heart of the Namib Desert. Along the way, soak in the stunning landscapes of the Namib-Naukluft National Park. Upon arrival at Kulala Desert Lodge, enjoy a refreshing welcome drink and settle into your accommodation. Spend the afternoon at leisure, perhaps taking a dip in the pool or relaxing on your private veranda as you watch the sun set over the vast desert landscape.

DAY 2

Day 2 :

Sunrise at Sossusvlei and Dead Vlei Rise early for a magical sunrise excursion to Sossusvlei and Dead Vlei. Explore the towering red sand dunes of Sossusvlei, some of the highest in the world, and marvel at the surrealistic landscape of the ancient clay pans of Dead Vlei. Afterward, return to the lodge for breakfast and spend the rest of the day at leisure. In the afternoon, you may opt for a guided nature walk or a scenic drive to explore the surrounding desert.

Day 3 :

Desert Adventure Activities Today, choose from a variety of desert adventure activities offered by the lodge. Options may include guided quad biking excursions through the dunes, nature drives to encounter the desert's wildlife, or guided walks to learn about the unique flora and fauna of the region. Alternatively, you can simply relax at the lodge and enjoy its tranquil surroundings.

Day 4 :

Transfer to Doro Nawas Bid farewell to Kulala Desert Lodge as you embark on a scenic transfer to Doro Nawas, located in the rugged and remote Damaraland region. Along the way, keep an eye out for the iconic desert-adapted elephants that roam this area. Upon arrival at Doro Nawas, settle into your accommodation and spend the remainder of the day at leisure. Relax by the pool or take a stroll around the lodge to admire the breathtaking scenery.

DAY 5

Day 5 :

Exploring Damaraland Today, embark on a full-day exploration of Damaraland with your knowledgeable guide. Visit the ancient rock engravings at Twyfelfontein, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and learn about the rich cultural heritage of the area. Enjoy a picnic lunch amid the rugged beauty of the surrounding landscape, keeping an eye out for desert-adapted wildlife such as oryx, springbok, and giraffe. In the afternoon, visit the Petrified Forest and Burnt Mountain before returning to the lodge for dinner.

Day 6 :

Rhino Tracking and Cultural Encounters Set out early for an exciting rhino tracking experience in the company of experienced local guides. Damaraland is home to one of the largest free-roaming populations of desert-adapted black rhinos in Africa, and tracking these magnificent creatures is a thrilling experience. Afterward, visit a nearby Himba village to learn about the traditional way of life of this semi-nomadic tribe. Interact with the villagers and gain insight into their customs, traditions, and beliefs before returning to the lodge for your final night in Namibia.
