Visit the historic Casco Viejo, see the Panama Canal Museum, and stroll through the Amador Causeway. Evening: Dine at a local restaurant in Panama City, perhaps trying some traditional Panamanian cuisine.

  • Panama City to Santa Catalina Morning: Depart early from Panama City to Santa Catalina (approximately 5-6 hours drive). Afternoon: Arrive at Santa Catalina and check into Catalina's Hideaway. Spend the rest of the day relaxing and exploring the beach. Evening: Enjoy a peaceful evening at Santa Catalina. Have dinner at a local beachfront restaurant.

Day 3 :
  • Santa Catalina All Day: Enjoy water activities like surfing, snorkeling, or simply relaxing on the beach. Explore the small town of Santa Catalina. Highly recommend an ATV history tour through the jungle - so worth the mud! Evening: Relax at Catalina's Hideaway.
DAY 4
Day 4 :
  • Day Trip: Visit Coiba National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, known for its rich marine biodiversity. Ideal for snorkeling and diving. You haven’t visit Bocas if you don’t get out to sea on a catamaran, so it's highly recommended. Evening: Return to Santa Catalina for dinner and relaxation.

Day 5 :
  • All Day: Explore nearby beaches or consider a horseback riding tour in the surrounding area. Alternatively, enjoy a day of leisure at Catalina's Hideaway. Evening: Dine at a local restaurant in Santa Catalina.
