Itinerary
DAY 1
Day 1 :
Upon arrival at Belize City International airport you’ll make your way to your next flight to Placencia. From here you will be driven to the dock and taken to the island on a small boat. After meeting your concierge and other personnel on the island you’ll be given a tour. Spend the rest of the day settling in and watch the sunset from the deck. And if you’re feeling adventurous spend some time on the 20ft dock waterslide.
DAY 2
Day 2 :
Wake up to the sound of the ocean and head out to the restaurant to have your breakfast. Do nothing all day! Or…snorkel, fish, kayak, jet ski, scuba dive or sit around and enjoy fresh fruit and other snacks from the extensive menu. Who knew you’d have this many eating options on an island!
DAY 3
Day 3 :
Yeah, pretty much the same as yesterday! Get surprised to find out that you have full high speed internet access to upload all your pictures and make WIFI phone calls…but we recommend doing as little as possible.
DAY 4
Day 4 :
Ok, let’s mix things up and head out into the ocean to chase and swim with dolphins and nurse sharks, find amazing reefs to swim, deserted islands to explore and maybe a little fishing to catch your dinner. Return back to the island to have private dinner as you watch the sunset, overlooking the ocean followed by a campfire.
DAY 5
Day 5 :
After waking and eating breakfast, enjoy a last plunge and swim in the ocean and wait for your boat to arrive to take you back to the airport.

Activities
Activities for Private Island, Belize.
Snorkeling
$Included
Ray Caye Resort is not just breathtakingly beautiful, but guests find snorkeling paradise literally steps from their lush accommodations. Located so close to the nearby Gladden Spit, considered the epicenter of snorkeling heaven, it takes just minutes to get there.>
Paddle Boarding
$Included
For paddle board enthusiasts and wannabes, absolutely nothing surpasses the feeling of taking control of a simple board to explore the environs of Ray Caye. Staff is happy to provide one or more, if you like boarding with a buddy, so don’t hesitate to request one during your stay.>
Hobi Catamaran
$Included
Having described the Wild Orchid catamaran as the ultimate in luxury, you’ll be delighted to know that smaller versions are available. Head off on your own, piloting a Hobie Wave catamaran that is not just state-of-the-art but more fun than you ever imagined. Don’t be shy. Complimentary lessons on piloting these crafts will get you going, even if this is your first time out!>
Kayaking
$Included
Borrow a kayak and pilot it as far from the shore as you like. These are no bare bones vessels; they have padded seats, carry handles and self-bailing scuppers. Ray Caye staff needs little notice to get one into the water for you or you can join a guided kayaking tour that comes with a lovely picnic on a deserted island beach.>
Swimming Pool
$Included(obviously)
Having access to a fresh-water swimming pool steps from your accommodation could be just what you need when your idea of relaxation consists of a lounger on a deck followed by a refreshing plunge. Located between the beach and the resort’s well-provisioned bar, you wouldn’t be the first Ray Caye guest to make this area your home-away-from-home during your visit.>
Vollyball
$Included
It’s the ideal way to make new friends if that’s one of your vacation goals: Start or join an island football or volleyball game on the resort’s court or soccer field. Shoes are, of course, optional and gear is provided, but you will need to bring your own crowd to cheer you on!>
Wellness Center and Spa
$150
No resort's activity menu would be complete without spa services. Request massages, scrubs and facials at the location of your choice: your cabana, the South End Pier or the most-requested place: The Crow’s Nest with spectacular views. There's a reason we list this activity option last. Sometimes the best vacation activity of all is simply doing nothing at all!>
