Luxury Travel Hackers must receive cancelation notice in email.
If clients are late in making final payment, Luxury travel Hackers may, in it’s sole discretion, consider this client(s) cancelled and keep the client’s payment without any refunds.
Any fees by our partners are subject to the terms and conditions of their own contracts. Luxury Travel Hackers is not responsible for outside partnership penalties.
Limitations: All travel services arranged by Luxury Travel Hackers pursuant to this agreement will at all times be conditioned upon the availability thereof and will be provided to any and all applicable laws, regulations, tariffs, and the terms and conditions of any agreement with a supplier. Client agrees that neither Luxury travel Hackers LLC nor it’s parent, affiliates, subsidiaries or representatives (collectively “To entities”) will be or become liable or responsible in any way for loss, cost, expense, injury, accident or damage to person or property resulting directly or indirectly from (i) the acts or omissions of the supplier, including, but not limited to, delays or cancelation of services, cessation of operations, breakdown of machinery or equipment, technology problems, or changes in fares, itineraries or schedules, and/or (ii) Acts of God, fire, acts of governments or other authorities, wars, acts of terrorism, piracy, civil unrest, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, pandemics, quarantines, other disease, climate aberrations, dangers incident to activities or from any other cause beyond Luxury travel Hackers control.
Any change is resort, government, destination, or airline taxes as well as fuel surcharges imposed by suppliers and not under Luxury Travel Hackers control will be passed along to the clients as supplemental charges if required.
Luxury Travel Hackers reserves the right to make any substitutions or modifications to any air carrier or ground itinerary (including hotel) as it may deem necessary or desirable, in which event Luxury Travel Hackers will notify client as soon as possible before making any decisions. Additional fees may apply. Baggage and other personal belongings are the passengers own responsibility or that of the air carrier.
Luxury Travel Hackers strongly suggests insurance and will be offered to every client for an additional fee.
